Designed to prepare students as servant leaders within the student development stream by deepening and strengthening self-awareness and by exploring the processes of interpersonal and helping relationships in the context of biblical principles. It highlights issues in college student development, counselling, crisis intervention, leadership and servanthood and related topics in people-helping ministries with the design to encourage the development of people within the context of community.
