Encourages a vision of and planning for broadening and deepening personal maturity, leadership capacity, and ministry effectiveness. Uses assessment instruments, the project experience, and learning in the program to reflect on personal and professional growth over the past two years. Looks at leadership mentoring and development in others. Includes week 2 of summer residency. Firsthalf, Year 3.
